The Academy follows the Local Authorities admissions arrangements. Parents wishing to apply for a place for their child should apply online at Stoke-on-Trent Admissions.

Admission Arrangements
Admissions for Co-op Academy Northwood are managed on our behalf by the Local Authority Admissions Team and as an academy we do not independently offer places to pupils requesting a place.
For places in any year
You should apply on your local authority website. Places are limited by the number of children we can (legally) accept in each year group.

If you want to defer or delay your child's entry to reception
Parents or carers can defer the date their child is admitted to school until later in the school year, but not beyond the point at which they reach compulsory school age. Parents will not, however, be able to defer admission beyond the academic year for which the original application was accepted or beyond the beginning of the term after the child’s fifth birthday. Parents may also request part-time attendance until later in the school year, but not beyond the point at which they reach compulsory school age.
Parents or carers can request that the date their child is admitted to primary school is deferred until later in the school year or until the child reaches compulsory school age in that school year. Applications for deferred admissions must be made by the primary admissions published closing date.
